IS IT LEGAL TO SEND MY DBA OUTSOURCE JOBS FROM ME AS AN EMPLOYEE OF MY EMPLOYER?
Im setting up a fictitious Business name and I am going to be sending (say) web design jobs to this DBA from my job. I will be outsourcing those to other people that will do it cheaper so that I make a profit. I am setting up a consulting Business per say. Is this legal in California.

I don’t know if it’s legal or not but I suspect it is definitely against your employer’s company policy. You will likely be fired it your employer learns you are subbing work to yourself to skim profit.
Oh and your employer is likely to discover this because as a vendor/consultant, your business will have to supply specific info such as your social security number for income tax purposes.
